ZenKnit is me, Susan H. Aguirre. I live in Saint Paul, Minnesota with my husband (WT), catgirl (Guinevere) and dogboy (Spencer).
I believe that one can find peace through knitting meditation - spinning and beading too!
Like many others, I came to knitting after other needlework - mine being a long stint with beadwork, and previous to that a lot of other things like quilting, counted cross stitch, and other crafts. I have a very large and popular beadwork website called HealingBeadwork.com. I would love to have you visit me there!
I am a Reiki Master Teacher. That means I do Reiki Healing, which is a form of energy healing and I do Reiki Healing sessions for clients. Besides Reiki, I am also an Tarot Reader, Hypnotherapist, and Minister. My ministry is healing; I do volunteer prayer and Reiki Distance Healings. Susan, a couple of friends and I are starting a group in woodbury/oakdale. It isn’t during the day, but it’s early, 6-8 p.m. We don’t like to stay up late!
We are meeting Tuesdays from 6-8 at the Caribou near the new BestBuy which I think is technically in Oakdale, off of Rardio Drive, north of 94. You are certainly welcome, there are currently only three of us, and we would love it to grow.
